Allergy Notice
Please inform your server about any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing your order. We strive to accommodate our guests' dietary needs, though cross-contamination risks may remain.
Availibility & Substitute
Turkish Kebab House reserves the right to substitute an alternative product of equal value and size if any of listed item in our Family Platters becomes temporarily unavailable. We do not offer changes to your plate content other than switching to Rice or Bulgur at 1.50 CAD/per portion charge.
Reservations
We gladly welcome walk-in guests (except month of Ramadan - Iftar times) though reservations are recommended to ensure your table and allow us to personalise your experience! Reservations strictly required for groups of 8 or more guests.
All group reservations require confirmation in advance.
Cakeage
A cakeage fee of $2 per person applies to all outside cakes.
The fee is waived when a minimum of one dessert item is purchased from our menu per 4 guests.
Outside Food & Beverage
To maintain our food safety standards and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our
guests, Turkish Kebab House does not permit guests to bring outside food or beverages
except birthday cakes into our restaurant.
Service charge (Large groups/Banquets)
For groups size of 7 or more (including children), a service charge of 10% will be added to
the final bill. Please note that this service charge is not a tip; it is allocated directly to the restaurant.
Complimentary & Seasonal Items
Complimentary items such as mezes, fresh bread, and Turkish tea, as well as seasonal
or limited-quantity dishes, are subject to availability and offered at the discretion of management.
Availability is not guaranteed especially seasonal sides such as grilled jalapenos or tomatoes.
